Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have cancellation rights when you buy online or by phone (provided that you exercise your right no longer than 14 days after the day on which you receive the goods), to cancel your order for any reason and receive a full refund.
You will receive written confirmation of the cancellation of your order within 24 hours, excluding weekends and Bank Holidays when you will receive confirmation on the following working day.
As we start to process your order as soon as we receive it, we are unable to change your order in most cases. We do accept returns & exchanges as detailed in our returns policy if you find that your purchase is not quite right. If you do wish to cancel before we have dispatched, a full refund will be given.
Genuinely faulty goods will be replaced or money refunded.
Ropeworld must be advised of any faulty goods within 14 days by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org. Postage costs will only be refunded if our goods are to be found faulty.
